Q: Who is Hello_Moon_Creative?
Hello_Moon_Creative, or Laura Boanas, is an aspiring tattoo artist and illustrator based in the north east UK! Her art style is heavily influenced by Japanese anime and culture. All pins labeled as "Hello Moon" collabs or designs have been created using her artwork with her permission! Please go support her if you enjoy her artwork, she's an immensely talented artist! (and friend!)

Q: What is a pre-order?
A: When you pre-order a design, that means that you're helping to fund the production of the pin! This is beneficial to both me and you, because pre-orders will ALWAYS be discounted! Pre-orders can take up to 10 weeks to arrive (though typically they arrive much sooner, the typical wait time is about 3-6 weeks) and each listing will clearly state in the title if it is a pre-order item! Check out my Instagram to get info on what designs will be coming up for pre-order next!
Please note that pre-order pricing is NOT available after pre-orders are held!

Q: Is there a limit on how many pieces of each design I can order?
A: YES. I will only allow people to order 5 of each design. This is because I do not make a lot of each design, and some designs are limited edition, it is because of this that I have decided to create an order limit of 5 of each design per customer. It is only fair to allow everyone to have a chance to own one.

Q: My package isn't here/ my package got lost in the mail! What do I do?
A: Please contact your local post office before you contact me. Typically they are held at the local post office for some reason. If you can not locate the package, it will be refunded or resent ONLY IF PACKAGE INSURANCE WAS PURCHASED. IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE, I CAN NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. If you think there is ever an issue with a shipping address, please EMAIL ME. DO NOT put it in the notes of the order or it may be missed.

Q: I have two separate orders! Can I combine my shipping?
A: Yes, of course! Please EMAIL ME to have this done! If it is put in the notes of the order it's possible that I won't see them in time to combine the shipping! If you do not email me, I cannot guarantee I will be able to combine the orders. I also may decline to combine shipping if one of the orders is a pre-order and one is for an in stock item; keeping track of things in that way can get very messy, so I try to avoid doing it! But please feel free to email me anyways - I can always make an exception if the circumstances are right!

Q: How long until my order is shipped/ what shipping service do you use?
A: I kindly ask that all customers give me at LEAST 7 business days to ship an order. ALL packages are sent via USPS. Please remember this is a one woman operation, and I'm a full time student! I primarily pack on the weekends and ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you are not okay with this processing time, please do not order from my store. I will always attempt to get orders out sooner than this, of course; It just isn't always possible. If you'd like an order shipped ASAP for a special occasion, just email me and we can get it sent out!

Q: The design I want is out of stock! Will it be restocked?
A: Some designs I may possibly choose to restock based on demand. I always want my customers to be able to get the designs they want! Please keep in mind, however, that most of my designs likely won't come back once they're sold out. There are some designs that will not come back, no matter what. Please check the item description to see if this is the case! If the item says LE or Limited Edition, it will not be restocked. If there is a design you really want to see come back, let me know!
